Portfolio One

I was born and still live in Paris, so far.

I taught french in prison for a little while, worked as a lawyer assistant for a few years, now I’m in the french
cinema industry, mostly on the screenplay side. Taking pictures kind of means freedom to me : I’m the only
one to decide what to put in my frame, as opposed to cinema where one works in team.

I bought a second-hand digital camera in 2006 to learn the basics, then switched to film for numerous
reasons – non instant gratification, double exposures, reliability of mechanical cameras…

Basically, I try to take advantage of good light and charismatic beings.

And I do feel sorry because I burnt your retinas with my flash, but I’ll do it again.
